Gmina Rymań, Future Solutions Research & Development Center and ECM sp. z o.o. have signed a Letter of Intent expressing their joint willingness to cooperate on the establishment of the Rymań Energy Cluster.
The Letter of Intent constitutes a declaration of intent to initiate discussions and develop an approach that will allow for the assessment of the feasibility of building the cluster as a dynamic, local energy market. Its objectives would include, among others, reducing energy costs, improving energy efficiency, increasing energy security, and lowering emissions.
The document also outlines the pathway for further actions, identifying key milestones leading to the potential establishment of the cluster — from defining the scope and financing of conceptual work, through analyses of renewable energy sources and hydrogen technologies, to the appointment of a coordinator and the signing of a formal cluster agreement.
