On Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, representatives of the ECM Ecosystem – Bartłomiej Okoń and Jakub Goryszewski – met with members of the “Light for Africa” Foundation, including Julius Zellah, founder Marian Michalski, and additional invited guests.

The discussions focused on the potential to implement a decentralized energy system based on cluster energy models developed within the ECM framework for Uganda.

Participants explored opportunities for utilizing local renewable energy sources, digital management systems, and the socio-economic benefits of distributed energy solutions in East African regions.

The meeting yielded promising insights and outlined a clear path for further collaboration between ECM and the “Light for Africa” Foundation — aiming to develop pilot projects and cluster-based energy concepts to bring reliable, sustainable power to off-grid communities.
