On May 7, 2026, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Częstochowa University of Technology hosted the “Hydrogen Day” event, dedicated to hydrogen technologies and their role in the energy transition and industrial decarbonization. The meeting brought together representatives of the scientific community, business sector, and modern technology industries, creating a space for knowledge exchange and the development of cooperation in the field of the hydrogen economy.
CBR Future Solutions was represented during the event by Konrad Han — Hydrogen Technology Advisor at CBRFS and President of the Institute of Hydrogen Technologies.
The event gathered leading specialists and companies involved in the development of hydrogen technologies and the modern automotive sector. Representatives of companies and organizations developing solutions for transport, energy, and industry were present, including Solaris, Autosan, and Toyota.
The event program covered topics related to hydrogen production and storage, safety of hydrogen installations, the use of H₂ in transport, local energy systems and industry, as well as the role of hydrogen in the energy transition process.
An important part of the event included laboratory demonstrations of hydrogen technologies, presentations of hydrogen generators and electrolyzers, networking sessions, and discussions regarding joint research and development projects as well as cooperation between science and business.
The event was organized by the Department of Thermal Machinery at the Częstochowa University of Technology together with Tech2Energy, which delivered and launched a PEM electrolyzer for research purposes and technology demonstrations during the event.
