On Monday, October 20, 2025, a discussion panel was held at the Chojnice City Hall focused on district heating and energy efficiency within the newly forming Chojnice Energy Cluster.
Participants included representatives of municipal units and companies – including housing cooperatives and TBS – responsible for heating systems and energy modernization projects.
The panel was organized jointly by the Chojnice City Hall and Center for Research & Development Future Solutions (CBR Future Solutions).
Expert speakers included:
• Prof. Zbigniew Plutecki,
• Paweł Żukowski from Geosystem,
• Marcin Nowak from Nowatermia.
The second part of the event focused on financing options and grants for projects carried out by Energy Cluster participants – both from national and European programs supporting the energy transition.
The event marked another step toward building an integrated, local energy market in Chojnice, based on cooperation between the local government, businesses, and research institutions.
