The Research and Development Centre Future Solutions, Energy Coin Market and VEGACOM Energy Storage have signed a Letter of Intent defining the framework for cooperation in the integration of energy storage solutions within the ECM ecosystem. The agreement was concluded on April 24, 2026, in Gdańsk.
Within R&DC activities, it is key to combine technological competencies with the developed models of energy cluster operations, particularly in the areas of balancing local systems, increasing self-consumption and optimizing energy use while integrating renewable energy sources with storage systems.
VEGACOM Energy Storage is a partner specializing in the design and implementation of advanced energy storage systems and the integration of renewable energy sources, which constitutes an important complement to the competencies developed within the ecosystem.
The cooperation is strategic in nature and covers the stage of analyses, exchange of experience and preparation of solutions that can be implemented within local energy markets.
Further work will focus on developing a model for integrating energy storage technologies with the energy management and settlement system within the ECM ecosystem.
