Distributed Energy at the Centre of the USA–Poland–Ukraine Dialogue

The ECM ecosystem took part in an international event organized by the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, accompanying the business mission of companies from California and Washington State during the ReBuild Ukraine trade fair. The meeting was attended by: Bartłomiej Okoń from ECM, Jakub Goryszewski from R&D Future Solutions, and Marcin Nowak, CEO of NOWATERMIA.

The event proved to be an extremely valuable space for discussions on the future of the energy sector and directions for international cooperation. During the meeting, the concept of the ECM ecosystem was presented — a decentralized, resilient, and zero-emission energy architecture based on local energy clusters, green hydrogen, and digital settlements powered by DLT technology. These solutions were showcased to representatives of business and public administration from the United States and Ukraine.

The talks focused on opportunities for technological cooperation, the use of American innovations in integrating renewable energy sources, and building models of local energy independence — both in Poland and within the reconstruction process in Ukraine. The meeting opened new areas of dialogue and enabled the establishment of valuable connections with partners from the United States and representatives of Ukrainian institutions responsible for rebuilding energy infrastructure.

The exchange of experiences confirmed that the ECM model — combining distributed energy, local energy markets, and advanced digital settlement systems — is increasingly recognized as a practical tool supporting reconstruction processes and strengthening energy resilience.

The ECM ecosystem remains open to further dialogue and cooperation with companies and institutions interested in modern, sustainable energy solutions. We encourage all entities wishing to develop joint initiatives in this area to get in touch.
