Rogowo Energy Cluster – the beginning of building a local energy system

On March 25, 2026, a Letter of Intent was signed in Rogowo, formally initiating cooperation aimed at establishing the Rogowo Energy Cluster. The document represents the first step in analyzing the region’s potential and assessing the feasibility of developing a local energy system.

The signing of the Letter of Intent defines the direction for further work, including joint analyses, dialogue, and identification of solutions tailored to the needs of the municipality. This is the stage where possible development scenarios and approaches to building a local energy market are being explored.

At this stage, the project does not determine the final structure of the cluster or specific technologies. Its purpose is to evaluate available options — including solutions based on renewable energy sources, local energy balancing, and modern energy management models.

Further steps are expected to include support for the local government and community in:

– analysis of the municipality’s energy potential,
– identification of renewable energy and hydrogen technology options,
– development of the cluster’s operational framework,
– consultation and communication activities,
– defining long-term energy development directions.

The Rogowo Energy Cluster represents another example of a structured approach to local energy development — starting from analysis, dialogue, and informed decision-making as the foundation for building a modern energy system.
