Białe Błota Energy Cluster – preparing the foundation for a local energy market

On April 16, 2026, a Letter of Intent was signed between the Municipality of Białe Błota, Future Solutions Research and Development Center, and ECM, initiating the process of preparing for the establishment of an Energy Cluster.

The project enters a stage where defining the conditions for a local energy market becomes essential — including available resources, the structure of participants, and the mechanisms of its operation.

The adopted approach focuses on verifying real possibilities rather than assuming predefined solutions. This means working with data, assessing potential, and identifying the most effective development paths.

The scope of work includes:

– analysis of energy and infrastructure potential,
– evaluation of renewable energy and hydrogen technology options,
– defining the operational framework and participants of the cluster,
– preparation of assumptions for energy management, balancing, and settlement within the local market.

The objective is to build a structured foundation for a local energy market — capable of integrating generation, consumption, and energy flows within a unified operational model.
