A Letter of Intent has been signed in Rumia regarding development activities and further shaping of the operational model of the Clean Energy Cluster, concluded between the Municipality of Rumia, Rumia Invest Park, the Research and Development Centre Future Solutions, and ECM.
The document, signed on 21 April 2026, expresses the parties’ intention to undertake joint work and conduct discussions aimed at further development of the cluster and the development of a target operational model as a dynamic local energy market, based on current regulations and the direction of the energy transition.
An important element of the ongoing discussions is the expansion of the cluster’s structure to include new strategic partners responsible for the technological and settlement layers of the system.
