On March 25, 2026, a Letter of Intent was signed regarding the establishment of the Rogowo Energy Cluster. The document constitutes a formal expression of willingness to cooperate and sets the direction for further activities related to assessing the potential development of a local energy system.
The signing of the Letter of Intent initiates a phase of joint analyses and discussions aimed at evaluating the region’s potential and identifying solutions tailored to its energy needs.
At this stage, the project remains open and does not determine the final structure of the cluster or the selection of specific technologies. Its purpose is to create a foundation for informed decision-making based on data, local conditions, and stakeholder dialogue.
Further activities are expected to include support for the local government, particularly in the areas of energy potential analysis, identification of development pathways, and defining the operational framework of the energy cluster.
Rogowo joins a growing group of municipalities recognizing the importance of local energy systems based on efficient resource use, energy security, and long-term strategic planning.
