From March 26-28, 2025, the R&DC Future Solutions, along with the ECM team, participated in the inaugural PowerConnect Energy Summit held in Gdańsk. This event was one of the key highlights on the map of Polish energy events, attracting industry leaders, investors, and representatives from public administration. 🌍
The conference was opened by Sławomir Staszak, president of Energa, who emphasized the significant role of northern Poland in the energy transformation process.
During the event, key aspects of the energy sector transformation were discussed, including the importance of renewable energy sources, digitalization, and improving energy efficiency. According to experts, the success of the transformation will depend on four key pillars:

✅ Increased efficiency through digitalization
✅ Stable and predictable regulatory environment
✅ Easier access to financing for modernization projects 💡
The discussions covered topics related to the development of nuclear energy, the construction of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea, the implementation of hydrogen technologies, and the role of local governments in managing the energy transformation process. Additionally, issues related to efficiency and modern technologies that can contribute to achieving Poland’s climate goals were addressed. 🏙️💨
