On June 5, 2025, an energy cluster development workshop was held at the Chojnice City Hall. The event gathered representatives of local government, educational institutions, municipal companies, and the local wastewater treatment plant. The meeting was organized with the support of the Research and Development Center Future Solutions, in collaboration with the ECM ecosystem.
The workshop included both theoretical-analytical and practical sessions. Participants learned about the concept of an energy cluster, its potential organizational structure, and the expected economic and environmental benefits for the region. Special attention was given to ESG aspects and various models of local energy production and management.
The second part of the meeting focused on social communication and raising public awareness around the energy shift. Topics also included energy and business security, infrastructure reliability, and the operational responsibilities of the stakeholders involved in the future cluster.
The workshop marked an important step toward identifying local needs and shaping a shared vision for the energy cluster in Chojnice. We thank all participants for their engagement, valuable input, and openness to dialogue.
