Młynary Energy Cluster — Local Energy Risk Management
In an environment of increasing energy price volatility, regulatory pressure, and market uncertainty, local governments are increasingly treating energy as a strategic area. The initiation of work on the Młynary Energy Cluster represents a response to these challenges and a step toward building long-term local energy resilience.
The project focuses on analysing the potential use of distributed energy systems and renewable energy sources as tools for cost stabilisation, diversification of generation sources, and improved operational security. The cluster is viewed as a long-term mechanism for energy risk management and for strengthening the competitiveness of the local economy.
The initiation phase includes analytical and conceptual work aimed at assessing infrastructure, market, and organisational potential, as well as preparing the foundation for future investment and strategic decisions.
