We have completed the development of the Growth Strategy for the existing “Zielona Generacja Nowy Targ” Energy Cluster (Green Generation Nowy Targ) and officially delivered the completed strategy document on May 20, 2026. The document was prepared by CBR Future Solutions in order to adapt the cluster to current regulations and support the further development of its operations as a modern, distributed energy system.
The project included the preparation of a comprehensive cluster development strategy covering technological, organizational, and operational aspects. As part of the work carried out, we conducted workshops, infrastructure and participant needs analyses, mapping of existing renewable energy installations, and prepared proposals for new infrastructure solutions and directions for the development of the local energy sector. We also developed assumptions regarding energy balancing, energy storage, development of generation sources, and future energy management mechanisms.
The prepared strategy also includes technological and legal concepts, proposals for management and settlement systems for cluster participants, directions for the development of hydrogen technologies, an analysis of financing opportunities, and a roadmap for the further operation and activation of the cluster.
The delivery of the strategy marks the completion of the conceptual and analytical phase and serves as a starting point for further operational activities related to the functioning of the “Zielona Generacja Nowy Targ” Energy Cluster.
